On June 14/15, 2024, the Niederdielfen Volunteer Fire Department celebrated its 100th anniversary with a gala dinner and FIRE DEPARTMENT DAY under the patronage of Wieland Frank. SIEGENIA was happy to support the event with a dedicated donation for a new fire engine and other purchases.
Sponsorship of the fundraising run for the benefit of the "Can you hear me?" advice center Under the motto "Run together, do good!" the Leo Clubs in Siegerland - supported by the Lions Clubs Siegen and Siegen-Rubens - organized a fundraising run on Sunday, June 23, 2024. The net proceeds went to the "Can you hear me?" advice center, which needs the money to equip its creative space. "Can you hear me?" is an offer from the Caritas Association Siegen-Wittgenstein e. V. for children of parents with life-threatening illnesses. SIEGENIA was happy to support this campaign!
In order to strengthen the cohesion of the youth fire brigades in the municipality of Wilnsdorf and to promote solidarity within the community, a joint tent camp was organized in Mengerskirchen at the Seeweiher in July 2024. SIEGENIA was happy to support this event as a sponsor for around 80 children from the youth fire brigades and around 30 supervisors.
