New solutions for healthy living and energy efficiency

Innovative solutions for demand-based fresh air, energy efficiency and healthy living – at the ISH trade fair in Frankfurt from 17th to 21st March, the SIEGENIA GROUP will be showcasing their entire portfolio of high-quality solutions for decentralised ventilation. In Hall 8, Stand F80, the Group will be presenting its wall-mounted, window and facade ventilators both as stand-alone units and integrated in more comprehensive ventilation and air-conditioning systems. The company's strong commitment to the subject of healthy living is demonstrated, among other things, by the successful testing of three ventilation units by the Sentinel Holding Institute (SHI), showing low levels of harmful substances. In addition to the QNG-ready seal, the SHI product passport also includes other relevant building certifications.

Our main focus at the trade fair will be on the AEROPLUS WRG wall-mounted ventilator with its powerful heat recovery, which is also suitable for bathroom ventilation; the ventilation control system designed to control up to nine ventilators simultaneously; and our extensive range of roller shutter ventilators. SIEGENIA is also teaming up with ArgillaTherm to showcase an innovative all-in-one solution featuring decentralised ventilation technology and natural air-handling ceilings for heating and cooling, particularly for use in hotels. This solution does not require a central ventilation system or fan coils. The SIEGENIA project team, which provides support for project-specific planning with its comprehensive consulting services, will also be available for discussions. 

AEROPLUS WRG – a whole package of strengths

The AEROPLUS WRG wall-mounted ventilator provides the ultimate in heat recovery, allowing supply air and exhaust air to be regulated simultaneously in a single solution. The compact ventilator combines a variety of performance features that make it one of a kind. These include low inherent noise, outstanding air throughput and excellent sound absorption. Boasting heat recovery rates of up to 93%, the attractively designed ventilator represents affordable energy efficiency and sustainability and delivers outstanding air quality thanks to a wide range of filters. In automatic mode, the AEROPLUS WRG uses its temperature and humidity sensors to automatically ensure the right level of ventilation. In the smart model, the additional CO₂ sensors detect stale air and control the exchange of air as needed. This model can also be operated via an app. External inputs also mean it can be integrated into the building management system and enable intelligent control options such as bathroom control.

Convenient, intelligent and precise: the ventilation control unit

The SIEGENIA ventilation control unit is easy to use, even with hard-to-reach ventilators. It allows up to nine ventilation units to be controlled simultaneously and makes operating even hard-to-reach ventilators easy and convenient. Currently suitable for use with the AEROMAT VT system and the AEROPLUS WRG wall-mounted ventilator, it can be installed in an easy-to-reach location on the wall. Ventilation is particularly precise in the model with sensors. It is equipped with an integrated temperature and humidity sensor, as well as a CO2 sensor, which accurately measure the indoor air quality – even when the units are installed in locations where the quality of the measured data is critical.

Integrated in the roller shutter housing, invisible from the outside

Thanks to their ability to be installed in a wide range of shutter housings, the AEROMAT midi, AEROMAT midi HY, AEROMAT 80 and AEROMAT 100 window ventilators from SIEGENIA offer a combination of excellent ventilation, visual appeal and easy installation, without the need for any milling on the window or frame. This makes for a simple and aesthetically pleasing solution to providing a controlled supply of fresh air. Currently, these window ventilators are compatible with systems from a number of leading producers, including Hella, Roma, Beck & Heun, Heroal, Lehr and Bero. Once installed in the roller shutter housing, the ventilators are completely invisible from the outside and guarantee demand-based ventilation, even when the shutters are closed. 

Rethinking heating, cooling and ventilation

Also being showcased at ISH is an all-in-one solution from ArgillaTherm and SIEGENIA. Unlike conventional designs, it boasts not only tangibly lower procurement costs but also savings of up to 70% on running costs, as it eliminates the need for a central ventilation system and fan coils. The innovative all-in-one system for air handling, which is particularly suitable for hotel construction projects, is energy-efficient, regulates humidity and is almost completely carbon neutral. Humidity management is achieved using natural air-handling ceilings from ArgillaTherm, which heat and cool the space whilst maintaining a healthy indoor environment. Demand-based ventilation is provided by decentralised ventilation units from SIEGENIA.
