Online shop for the PORTAL HS COMFORT UNIT – for the simple and transparent ordering of thresholds
Since the beginning of April the new SIEGENIA online shop has made the contract-related ordering of hardware technology and thresholds for lift-slide elements quicker, simpler and clearer than ever. SIEGENIA is the first company in the industry to offer fabricators the possibility to place orders conveniently via a digital route. Distributors in particular appreciate the innovative service with the practical configurator for the PORTAL HS COMFORT UNIT: with around half of them are eagerly using this offer. The number of fabricators using the service is also constantly increasing.
The next milestone is coming at the end of September. From then on, all orders in Germany will be exclusively processed via the online shop. The use of the online shop will also be extended to other countries. After Austria and Luxemburg, the shop is now going to be launched in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia too. There is now also the option of ordering the ECO PASS SKY axxent barrier-free threshold online. This gives the partners of SIEGENIA maximum flexibility and planning security.

The option to check the order status online also provides transparency and handling security. In this way, fabricators can be sure that their orders have already been placed with SIEGENIA by their distributor; the distributors receive detailed information about production and delivery – including tracking link and package tracking.
