Modern building shells are becoming increasingly airtight and no longer let the humid air out of rooms by themselves. Depending on the intended use of a room, up to 8 litres of water can be produced there daily. Damage to the building structure, mould formation and health risks are frequently the consequence without controlled ventilation. According to a survey undertaken by the University of Jena in cooperation with ITG Dresden and IEMB Berlin, moisture damage occurs in more than 2 million apartments and houses as a consequence of an inadequate fresh air supply. AEROMAT midi HY: Upgrades for even higher performance levels
With its discreet design and an air throughput that ensures a user-independent air exchange for minimum ventilation, the AEROMAT midi HY window ventilator controls the air flow rate, depending on the room air humidity in accordance with DIN 1946-6. The passive ventilator for windows and patio doors made of timber, PVC and aluminium is equipped with moisture-sensitive fabric tape which reacts to a rise or reduction of the relative air humidity in interior rooms. Two upgrades now provide an even higher performance level and flexibility: A new feature of the AEROMAT midi HY 3F version is the integrated rotary switch that offers additional, manual control options. In addition to the possibility of humidity control, these also now include the targeted utilisation of the maximum air flow rate and the option of locking the closure. Moreover, the compact window ventilator offers room comfort due to its optional suitability for sound absorbing applications up to 42 dB. The AEROMAT midi HY also scores in terms of production and assembly. Installation in the frame or attachment profile is now possible with the aid of the new duct set. The tried and tested weather grille of the AEROMAT midi is also used here.
AEROTUBE WRG smart: For superior energy efficiency
The AEROTUBE wall-mounted ventilator offers room comfort and versatility for a wide range of requirements thanks to its clever system structure in a number of variants. The well-conceived appearance is exceptionally unobtrusive thanks to its elegant, flat cover and compact dimensions. AEROTUBE WRG smart stands for intelligent networking without a separate cable and integrated heat recovery of up to 90 percent. The coupling of an economic mode of operation and a high rate of heat recovery makes it one of the most energy-efficient devices in its class. Distinguished with the energy efficiency class A+, it provides the highest standard of controlled home ventilation. In addition, via the integrated WLAN module, it can easily be integrated into the SIEGENIA Comfort app as standard and operated conveniently via smartphone or tablet. Moreover, an LED status indicator, a filter change indicator and the continuous control of the air intensity with the aid of the app ensures ease of use. AEROTUBE WRG smart is also impressive with regard to assembly and commissioning. Unlike comparable solutions, fabricators no longer have to route cables between the individual ventilators.
AEROVITAL ambience smart: The super quiet all-rounder
It provides filtered fresh air when the window is closed and offers pure room comfort: The AEROVITAL ambience from SIEGENIA. The high-end wall-mounted ventilator is impressive due to its contemporary, flat design and the option of partial recessing in the wall and is virtually inaudible in spite of its high air throughput of up to 60 m/h³. Thanks to its excellent sound absorption of up to 58 dB, any disturbing noises from outside always stay discreetly in the background. Its excellent heat recovery rate of more than 85 percent and its energy-saving EC ventilators make it a true ace in terms of energy efficiency. As one of the few currently available solutions, the AEROVITAL ambience smart fulfils the high requirements of energy class A+.
The innovative air routing through the ceramic heat exchanger is unique. It not only prevents the dehydration of indoor air in winter, it is also equipped with an innovative air routing that ensures the continuous supply and exhaust air flow. This is currently unique and provides comfort and a high standard of well-being. Thanks to integration in the SIEGENIA Comfort app, AEROVITAL ambience smart also scores well on the topic of user convenience. Room comfort is also provided by the integrated CO2 and VOC sensors which regulate the air flow rate depending on the respective air quality. And last but not least, AEROVITAL ambience proves its worth even in terms of fabrication, for example with its simple installation.
AEROPAC smart: Ventilation by itself
Convenient and noise protected ventilation is finally ensured by the AEROPAC smart wall-mounted ventilator. The wall-mounted ventilator with the elegant design has an air throughput of up to 180 m3/h and with an inherent noise of only 20 dB(A) at 60 m3/h is really quiet. The air enters the room extremely quietly, making it an ideal solution for bedrooms, for example. The high sound absorption value of up to 50 dB contributes to this. Besides use in conjunction with the SIEGENIA Comfort app, the smart ventilator with the optional pollen, fine dust or active carbon filter is also suitable for combination with SENSOAIR smart. The air quality sensor detects bad air reliably and activates the associated ventilation units independently to supply demand-based fresh air. The integration of connected windows with motorised drive for targeted support is also possible in this way, for example, with the aid of the fully concealed DRIVE axxent DK.
