Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
SIEGENIA SupplyConnect is the supplier portal of the SIEGENIA GROUP. It serves as a central, digital platform for interactive, transparent and holistic management of the business relationship with our supplier partners. Our aim in introducing SIEGENIA SupplyConnect is to digitalise operational and strategic procurement processes, improve procurement decision-making and shape our collaboration with our partners in a forward-looking way
No, it is free to register with SIEGENIA SupplyConnect and to use the platform.
You must complete the initial registration process anyway, as the conditions of use are specific to SIEGENIA and you must accept them during registration. However, you will not be given new login credentials; instead, simply log in to your existing account and access the various customer portals from there.
You can access SIEGENIA SupplyConnect at any time via our website and log into the system using the following link:
If you already have a working relationship with the SIEGENIA GROUP, please contact your usual Lead Buyer. If you would like to introduce your company for the first time, please send your enquiries to jaggaer.support@siegenia.com
No, unfortunately that is not possible for data protection reasons. We would therefore encourage you to create a corresponding contact for your colleagues in the registration process and enable them to access the portal in this way. This step is explained in the training video above.
It is very important that at least two employees from your company have access to the supplier portal so that collaboration can continue via SIEGENIA SupplyConnect if one person is absent.
If this is the case, you have not yet entered any information in one of the mandatory fields (marked with *). Unfortunately, the relevant field is not highlighted, so you will have to go through the form again carefully to see which mandatory field is still empty. Yes/no checkboxes or date/year fields are often overlooked, which can help to narrow down the search.
The DUNS number (Data Universal Numbering System) is a unique nine-digit identification number assigned by Dun & Bradstreet (D&B). You can find your DUNS number on the UPIK platform – Dun & Bradstreet (dnb.com). Search for your company there or contact Dun & Bradstreet directly. If you do not have a DUNS number, you can apply for one on the website free of charge.
